ABOUT ME
With over 30 years in broadcasting, including roles such as the first Controller of Comedy Commissioning for the BBC and Head of Comedy for Sky, I bring a wealth of experience to my coaching and mentoring practice. My background enables me to mentor creatives and coach professionals navigating career transitions effectively.
I found myself increasingly drawn to the role of coach and mentor so I decided to train as a coach with Animas and I achieved a diploma in Transformative Coaching. Since then I have been coaching people from all walks of life.
I’ve experienced a lot of change and I have found coaching hugely useful to provide me with a toolset I never knew existed. My own story has been about navigating working within major corporations, launching a business, consulting, head hunting and trouble shooting, managing my time as a mother and a senior executive and unlocking creative potential.
I specialise in guiding clients through significant life changes, career pivots and multi-portfolio careers. A major discovery for me is adding creativity to my working week and not letting your USP lie dormant. My approach is client-centered, focusing on unlocking your potential and achieving your personal and professional goals.
My mentoring work draws on my experience in the TV Industry, I work chiefly with writers, helping them prepare their work and overcome any obstacles that might be blocking their path to success.
In a discovery call we can tailor a package that’s right for you.
